Protein balls (date free)
Vanilla Coconut Protein Balls
1 cup Coconut Butter or Macadamia Nut Butter
1/2 cup (60 g ) Protein Powder
1/2 cup desiccated or flaked coconut
¼ tsp vanilla bean powder or ½ tsp vanilla extract
5 – 6 tbsp cold filtered water
1 tsp raw honey
Combine coconut butter, protein, coconut and vanilla into a food processor.
Mix for 1 minute or until the bowl of yumminess looks combined and resembled crumbs.
Add water and honey then mix again until the protein balls combine and can be formed into small balls.
Roll in extra coconut and place in the fridge to set or alternatively coat lightly in Dipping Chocolate below.
